The microcosm of a village near Latina as the metaphor of something much larger, here indeed explode all the contradictions of our society: clash and match identities and races but also the paradox of modernity. this microcosm tells much of what we were, who we are and what we might become, our conflicts, hopes to find a new identity in the rapidly changing world.
